Active.ai is a Singapore-based company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver Conversational Banking services. I handle content creation in the form of the structural design of the chatbots.

HDFC EVA

HDFC-Bank’s-EVA-Chatbot-HDFC-ReviewStree

Construction and regular updates of HDFC bank's AI-based chatbot EVA that ensures that the customers have a simple and trouble-free environment to get solutions to their banking-related queries. I handled content creation and regular updation in the form of data.

"EVA is an AI-based banking assistant that helps customers have a unique banking experience in the comfort of their homes. It provides you with multiple options of queries and transactions that can be initiated and completed by following the steps and by clicking/entering your desired step in the conversation bar below. Let's look at a few examples of the user's journeys."

Block Card - User Journey

Step 1: You choose the service by either clicking on the buttons given or type in your request in the conversation bar below.

Step 2: Just answer the questions asked by the bot, for example, here the user has entered "Block my Credit card" after clicking on Block Card from the preset buttons.

Step 3: Enter your registered mobile number using your keyboard.

Step 4: Enter one-time-password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number for successful authentication.

When the customer utters "open fd", the bot isn't sure what the customer's intent is.

So the bot, in order to understand the intent of the customer, suggests some related queries related to opening deposit.

The customer then selects/types manually the query he/she wanted to get clarity on. 

The query gets resolved and the bot allows the customer to get back to other queries/transactions.

This multilingual chatbot provides you with solutions to all your banking-related queries and transactions in English and Arabic. QIB is the first bank in Qatar to introduce a conversational AI banking service.

The chatbot is a virtual banking assistant that works on machine learning and artificial intelligence and provides a quicker solution to customers. The bot is designed in a way to provide prompt answers to customer banking queries and ease the transaction process. This project is live and currently handles transactions like bill payment, funds transfer, card blocking, and mobile and DTH recharge.
